I voted yes because I want to be optimistic.
Covid will always be around like the flu...we just got to be careful and clean more and wash hands more.
That sounds like a "yes" vote since that would not be a pandemic. I think it would instead be endemic, is that accurate?
Thank you, I just learned a new word today!
True, but do you believe it will always be deadly, to the level that we need to take extreme precautions?
This is a depressing thought... but probably an accurate one!
I tried to list likely responses to the question. As always, add your own answers if you have a different opinion.
Option 5 should end with "just to be safe"
"The danger of vaccines outweighs the danger of Covid" this is categorically false! It's spoken like somebody who has the privilege of having never encountered polio. There are dangers, they are minuscule and mild. The severe reactions are even less likely than getting struck by lightning, get a grip on reality.
You have to stop watching fake news. There are literally THOUSANDS of doctors worldwide who say not to take it because of the dangerous side-effects. Start here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkGB1-YFn1Q
I absolutely cannot fathom how another person on this site upvoted that. Let me be as simple as I can about this: if you have to search the nether regions of the internet to find information that aligns with what you want to be true, you have an incorrect definition of reality. I cannot fathom why another human being would give what you said an upvote. This site has quite some characters.
Pfizer and Moderna didn't have time to test the vaccine on animals, so they are using us. A nurse took it, went live on TV, and then collapsed. 21% of anyone taking it will have severe, adverse reactions AND it will sterilize a lot of men and women. DON'T TAKE IT.
I like the cautious optimism :)
